What both situations have in common

In both cases the obstacle is the same: there are steps that can only be taken in person in Chile, before the Real Estate Registry, before a notary or before a court. The solution is also the same in structure, a power of attorney in favour of a lawyer in Chile, and what changes is where that document is granted and which papers need an apostille.

We are a law and land surveying firm with an office in Concepción, Biobío Region, taking cases anywhere in Chile by prior arrangement. We work in Spanish and in English, Sunday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00 Chile time, and we arrange meetings in whatever slot suits you.
